A pelvic fitness spa called The Perfect Phit, by gynecologist Dr. Lauri Romanzi, is opening next month according to Natasha Singer of The New York Times. The spa features Kegel exercises and "cosmetic laser treatments intended to tighten the skin of the vulva in post-menopausal women."
